OBIEE 12c - Adding Scale Markers to a graph with column selector

Hi,
I'm using a column selector to change the column/metric shown on a graph. I now want to add a Scale Marker to each column. For the first marker on the first column in the column selector list the graph renders blank, adding a second mark on the next column I get the following error message:
Error Codes: OAMP2OPY:ACIOA5LN
Assertion failure: ci != m_mColIdToPosMap.end() at line 667 of project/webviews/reportquerymetadataprovider.cpp
Anyone know is this a bug or is it not possible to apply Scale Markers to a graph which uses a column selector?
