Permission tab is disabled in OBIEE

Hi
I have logged  in as Admin user-weblogic .Eventhough  I have all the rights permission tab is disabled in BIP.

I am unable to give folder rights.

    Yes by default permission tab is disabled in bip ,if it is installed as part of obiee ,you can give permissions for bip objects from analytics itself ,Thanks

    Can you please share the screenshot or steps...I have tried a lot but still permission tab is disabled in BIP.

    What people are trying to tell you is that a baked-in BIP does not need to have its own permissions. Everything is managed through OBIEE:
