Dynamic Header in the statement PDF instead of hardcode.

At present, the "Incentive Statement" name is shown on the Report Job history page and the report format is .PDF and generated through the BIP report bursting process. However, there is a business requirement to display a dynamic header, such as the Participant name,HR_Person_Number, instead of "outputDocument / Incentive Statement." We access Oracle Fusion BI Publisher using the Google Chrome browser.
Could you please help us to achieve this requirement
