Display and Export Date as MM/dd

I need to remove the year from the Person Date of Birth. I see where I can format the appearance of it to MM/dd when the report runs however, when exported, the whole date exports as MM/dd/yyyy. How can I retain the MM/dd format?

It would be helpful if you could share details about the application you're using, such as whether it's OAC or OAS and its version.

Additionally, please confirm if the export is from Classic Analytics, a DV Workbook, or a BI Publisher report so we can provide more specific guidance.
