'Exclude' option for Custom Pass Values via Data Actions

Requesting an 'exclude' option similar to what is available for filters when passing values in data actions. This would eliminate the need for selecting all values that you want to pass individually when you have a need to only exclude one or a few values and such that the 'All' option doesn't return the desired result. The screenshot below is from a visualization that I recently built out, and I had a need to exclude one value in data actions so I had to individually pick each value where in the future I am hoping I could just exclude the one that I didn't need.
