Excel Export should contain format of the table itself including headers, footnotes and filters

As statistical office of the government of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, we want to offer our customers tables on canvas. Our customers quite often have the need to export this tables in Excel for further usage. Therefore the offered tables and figures are needed "as seen" on the canvas, including headers resp. titles of the canvas, footnotes (within textelements) or avaliable filter options. Currently Excel Export only allows downloading the raw table.
