"Reports and Analytics Access Issue Post 25A Update - 500 Internal Server Error"

Dear Oracle Team,
We are currently encountering an issue in our Oracle Cloud Applications environment (Version 11.13.25.01.0 / 25A), where accessing Navigator > Tools > Reports and Analytics results in a 500 - Internal Server Error.
The impacted user has been verified to possess both the BI Consumer Role and BI Author Role, and previously was able to access this functionality without issue.
We would like to understand:
- Has the Reports and Analytics link been deprecated or removed in the latest quarterly update?
- If so, what is the currently recommended navigation path for users to access the BI Catalog or similar reporting features?
- Are there any known workarounds or configuration steps to restore access via a custom deep link?
We appreciate your guidance and clarification on this matter.
Thanks and Regards,
Raoof

Hi @Raoof Ahmed,
Welcome to the Oracle Analytics community.
Are you facing this issue for a particular user or all users or a set of users?
If you are facing this issue for a particular user; has that username been changed recently? If yes, please take a look into the following notes:
Definitive solution for Error 500 — Cloud Customer Connect
Changed username and now user cannot login to OTBI — Cloud Customer Connect
We've 25A in our instances and it is working fine and there's no change in 'BI & Analytics' Navigation.
Hope this help.
Thank you.

Hello Bhaskar Konar
As I'm facing this to all the users in the application. Excluding 'Reports and Analytics', I'm able to access other apps without facing any error.
For only to this application I'm facing error, Others were working fine.
Do need to do any changes from my end?
Regards,
Raoof

Hi @Raoof Ahmed,
I would recommend to raise with Oracle Support and get their expert opinion as you are facing the issue for all the users.
We've not faced any similar issues in our 25A instances.
Thank you.
