browser page jumps to top of page each time after selecting a cell/value in report in OBIEE (11.1.1.

When I have a report in OBIEE that is longer than one page of browser (need to scroll down to the bottom) and I select a value on the bottom of the page my cursor jumps each time to the top of the browser page again.
Behavior is the same in IE 11 and Firefox. Only difference is that within Firefox it only jumps to top page once, the consequent clicks of values it stays. In IE it jumps to top of page each time.
Does anybody has faced this issue as well? And how did you solve it?
Is it in the OBIEE application or is it some browser setting?
