hi,

whenever i try to move from one dashboard page to another page. the obiee is reintialized to login page .

    Which version? Exact version.

    Is your environment scaled out over several machines?

    How are you moving from one page to another? Standard or custom functionality?

    Does your OBI run behind a virtual url/vanity address and the jump takes you to a specific URL where the cookie isnt shared?

    Needs more info

    please find response of above question,

    1. the version of obiee is 11.1.1.6.2.

    2.yes.

    3.its a custom functionality like moving means jumping from one dashboard tab to another.

    4.not sure about that

    Ok so then the error comes from #3 most likely because of #4. Someone surely referenced specific servers in the URLs.
