OTBI Time intelligence functions does not work.
We are new to Oracle, fresh implementation.
I have tried to use AGO and TODATE functions to sum up and compare ITD figures etc but somehow it errors out when i run. It feels like time levels are not recognised at all.

It seems AGO function is not supported for SAAS BI.
Please take a look into the following Oracle Note & the post for the probable work around and the details.
