Enable custom reports centrally for all Job managers in PPM manage project financial plan analytics

We are new to Oracle..

How can i enable list of custom report for all users/ or job manager role in the PPM manage project financial plan analytics pop up tab on the right.

Alternatively, how could we redirect the pop up tab to look at a role specific custom reporting folder instead of out of teh box folder

Could you please explain the steps to achive this with our ERP adminitration team.

I mean replacing shared folder link to refer to a custom role spcific reports. Or adding new repost to the list of reports for all job manager roles. (or everyone)
