Improve multi-value selection experience in Analytics DV

It is quite frustrating for end users to select multiple values one by one from a list - especially for operations or service teams who work with interactive dashboards, which are now days built using Analytics DV. For example, if a dashboard or workbook displays environment metadata and the operations team needs to filter for 50 specific environments, they currently have to select each value manually, click by click - which is very time-consuming and frustrating. This capability could be done in two ways:

1. Similar to how OBIEE Analysis allowed users to copy and paste multiple values directly into filters
2. By allowing expression filters for Service Viewer users, so they can build their own advanced filters more efficiently.
