Currently column widths are fixed when in the Data > Datasets list view and it is not possible to expand to see a full value. This seems like basic functionality which needs to be added here.
Like the other feature request, this one as well should be posted as an idea in https://community.oracle.com/products/oracleanalytics/categories/idealab-oracle-analytics-cloud-server .
If you consider it is a bug instead of a feature request, then you should report it through a service request (SR) in https://support.oracle.com/ .
Oracle has not previously agreed with me that this is a bug, but I have now created an idea. Thanks! https://community.oracle.com/products/oracleanalytics/discussion/26714/make-column-widths-adjustable-in-dataset-list-view/p1?new=1
I saw a number of situation when bugs are called "work as designed" and turned into feature requests (even when it was obviously bugs). Sadly not much that can be done for that as far as I know, that's why the path of creating ideas can maybe help a bit. Thanks for creating this one as well :)
"work as designed" 😂 I like that one
