Better governance of Workbook Scheduler
One of our use cases with Classic Ibots/Workbook Scheduler is to send to users reports that contain a lot of data that the users would wait for quite some time in the frontend.
For this purpose we started using WorkBook scheduler with 20 users sending 5 canvases of one of our workbooks. We noticed that it sends in batches of 4-5 (users) x 5 (canvases) x (40 - 50) (queries that we have in each canvas) a total of 1000 instant queries to the Database. Our DW is a 256 ECPU ADW and this was "felt" instantly by a huge load on the DB that lasted for about 20 minutes, during which all reports queries were very slow.
To prevent this, we would like to have an option to schedule the workbooks serially when there are multiple users or any other way that we could set this at workbook level. This would allow customers the control depending on the design of the workbook to not overload the DW.
