OracleBIServerCon is Down

Hi,

opmnctl status and get OracleBIServer component is down. Tried to restart and get error. Tried to modify NQSConfig.ini file, FMW_UPDATE_ROLE_AND_USER_REF_GUIDS is already set to NO. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Some reason wired state, all this components files had started as root user, instead of local application user.

Asked Server Admin to change from root user to local username.
