View display error in OBIEE report

Hi,
I have created a dashboard prompt(8 dropdown lists) and report.
I am getting the below error when I select values from prompts and click apply. This error is not occurring regularly. Randomly I m getting the error, ie when I select some values from dropdown. The values are not particular.
Can anybody help...
Note: I don't have the access to log.
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. [nQSError: 43119] Query Failed: Please have your System Administrator look at the log for more details on this error. (HY000)

My suggestion is to get the log file from manage sessions. Do you have access to manage sessions.

There isn’t much to go on with the limited information that you have available. The only way to debug this is to look at the log files. Do you have Enterprise Manager access?

As it clearly says, you need to contact your administrator or anybody who has access to logs
