DV Console Settings - Set Query Runtime to be more than 11 minutes but less than 60 minutes?

My team and I are about to upgrade to OAS 2025. In our current environment, we are able to set the query runtime to 900 seconds (15 minutes) using the config files. In the new OAS 2025, there are two settings in the DV console that have to do with runtimes. These are Query Limit Extension and Maximum Query Limit (seconds). If we turn on the Limit Extension setting, queries will be able to run for 60 minutes. If we leave it off, it will look at whatever we set the Maximum Query Limit (seconds) to. This maxes out at 660 seconds (11 minutes). We have some analyses in our old environment that need longer than 11 minutes but we also do not want reports running for 60 minutes. Is there a way for us to set the runtime to be 15 minutes?

From what I see in the new documentation, no. Other than to set it at 15 mins in the RPD via role limits instead.
I'm finding info on these new parameters in two places:
The troubleshooting section does have some info also:
I dont see this value in the BIPLATFORM schema SERVICELCM_PROPERTY table in the back end, so unsure where its saved?
Can someone from Oracle confirm if this limit relates to the value of logical_exec_time coming out of usage tracking?
Also my other comment to Oracle is that its annoying to not be able to search on the exact hover value eg obis.max_query_limit to find documentation on these parameters.
