How to add second Instance of Secondary server in cluster OBIEE11.1.1.9.0 for SAMLConfiguration

Customer has done Horizontal Clustering. He has done SAML 2.0 Configuration in OBIEE11.1.1.9.0. Following the below document.

And customer created “ Identity provider partner” with the Name SAML. ANd provided the details of the for the BiServer_1 in the Console.
He need to create one more Identity provider partner fort the Biserver2 ?? Or same he need to use for the BIServer2 as well.
If same he need to Use means How ?
He has two Urls for the Analytics to login. URLS are different. How to provide the SAML details for the secondary BiSrever2 ?
One is for Biserver1 and another is for Biserver2.
Note : Customer enabled HTTPS and using DB Authentication.
