Include created time in APIs

Currently none of the OAC APIs don't have created time. They only have modified time.

We are currently extracting this information from the OAC snapshot bar, but as far as I understood in the future we won't be able to use this anymore. Also the snapshot also has a bug with created/modified date not properly stored causing our cleanup process to ignore those objects.
