OBIEE : Not able to get rid of Contextual Menu ICON and (Action Link) text in Dashboard report

Hi,
I’m having an issue in the presentation of the report by using new Custom OBIEE responsibility. Some reason, inherited properties are not hiding like Contextual Menu Icon and Action Link hyperlink.
But this is not happening when I’m using other OBIEE responsibility. I tried all the Catalog privileges and tried different settings, no joy.
