New KPI for Salary basis subject area – Count of salary basis (Associated with worker)
In the 25R3 release, we have introduced new KPI for the FDI subject area HCM – Workforce Rewards – Salary Basis: Count of salary basis (Associated with worker),that provide insights into the number of worker associated with salary basis.
How can users track unused salary basis configurations?
This KPI can be viewed across various dimensions in the subject area such as legislative data groups, business units, departments, or locations. Essentially offering the number of workers linked to each of the salary basis configured. This helps in better management of salary basis configuration by allowing users to eliminate the unused salary basis ensuring configuration efficiency.
The visualization presented below highlights the following (left to right)
- At a high level, the count of configured salary basis that is actively linked to the workers.
- The count of configured salary basis actively linked to workers for each LDG, providing insights into which LDG has the most orphaned salary basis.
- The count of configured salary basis actively linked to workers for each department, providing insights into which department has the most orphaned salary basis.
