New Subject area for Salary Basis Setup

As part of the 25R3 release, we are introducing a new subject area: HCM – Workforce Rewards – Salary Basis Setup, which includes new KPIs – count of salary basis across the salary basis type and the count of range differentials.

How can you evaluate the salary basis setup?

This enhancement brings KPIs that provides valuable insights into the salary basis setup, including the count of salary basis across salary basis type, helping to evaluate the effectiveness of configuration management. With this, we can now explore KPIs such as the count of salary basis by type and analyse KPIs across various attributes, such as the count of salary basis by different frequencies.

The visualization presented below represents the following (left to right)

1. Total number of salary basis configured for various salary basis frequency
2. Total number of salary basis configured for each salary basis type
