Report to see who opens and closes an accounting period

Question

Looking to create a report that shows what user opened and closed an accounting period. Including username, date, time, ledger name, etc.  I've been looking at a subject area under general ledger -period status real time but I'm not seeing the info I need there.  Is there another subject area that I could use to make this report?

Not sure if it is possible with OTBI report but might be possible with BIP if audit is enabled. Please take a look into the following post for more details.
