Enhancement Request for Email Delivery Log in OAC Data Visualization

Dear Oracle team,

We would like to submit the following enhancement request regarding the email sending function in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Data Visualization.

Matter:
When users send results by email from a workbook using the Export function, there is currently no feature or screen available to review the email delivery log. Because of this, it is not possible to confirm when the results were sent, who sent them, or who they were sent to. This raises a security concern and also makes operational tracking difficult.

Request:
We would like to request the addition of a feature that allows users to review and download the email delivery log for emails sent from Data Visualization workbooks via the Export function. At a minimum, we would like the log to include the workbook name, sent date and time, recipient(s), and delivery status such as completed, not completed, pending, or error.

We would appreciate your review of this request and hope it can be considered for a future enhancement.
