Option to output Subject Areas as Datasets instead of OR in addition to outputting Subject Areas as well. Our users cannot be expected to convert each & every subject area into a Dataset if they want to perform Explain, Auto Insights or Enable AI Chat. I think Datasets should be default if you cannot use AI features on Subject Areas. Users are increasingly defaulting to Auto Insights or AI chat to get answers.
While we are at it, is there a point to having Subject Areas instead of Datasets from a Semantic Model? Could we just skip using Subject Areas & jump striaght to Datasets? Do SAs offer performance or architectural benefits over Datasets?
