This post shares Fusion HCM Analytics sample content as part of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), a family of prebuilt, cloud-native analytics applications for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. These sample artefacts are intended to demonstrate potential use cases, accelerate implementation efforts, and provide examples of how customers can extend and customize FDI content to meet their business needs.
•This sample workbook show how FDI can be used to analyze Gender Pay Gaps in your organization, calculating raw gaps as well as adjusted gaps and define remediation strategies by leveraging what if analysis. •The main criteria considered in this analysis to group population supposedly paid at the same level is the Grade. This is one way to build such groups, each organization can use different criteria such as attributes at the job or position levels.
•The workbook contains 3 tabs:
•Compensation by Gender: global pay gap analysis based on annual salary (warehouse currency)
•Gaps by grade: gaps by grade filtering only grades for which the average salary gap between men and women is higher than 5%
•Details by grade: focus on a specific grade, population demographic and talent data, individual gaps for women, what if analysis, individual and global remediation budgets
