OBIEE 12C Analytics URL won't load

Hello Experts,
I just setup OBIEE12c on Linux Server, just one standalone server, and all of the installations and initial configuration were successful. I did not find any errors in the logs. I'm able to login to EM and Console and they both are on port 9506, which the installation selected by default. I'm however unable to get to the analytics url. The default installation chose 9520 for analytics, and when I go the analytics URL (the same URL that shows up on the summary of configuration after the installation), I get 'This page can't be displayed'.
How can I start about investigating this issue? Please advise.
I appreciate your responses.
Thanks,
Ilyas

Start going inside the administration console:
1. Start with the basis, check the firewall of you BI Server Machine, the lsnrctl startup of database.
2. Check the state of the BI_SERVER1 it should be RUNNING
3. Get the URL of the analytics (Deployment -> Analytics - > Testing -> Open the URL)
3. Go to EM and check the availability of the services.
If the "bi_server1" is in "ADMIN" state or "SHUTDOWN", if there is another service that shutdown probably the presentation services, check the biserver1.log go to your log inside your linux and put the copy and past the log to check it.

Hi Cesar,
Thank you for your response.
When I check the status of servers from the Linux server, it shows that all the services including bi_server1 shows running.
When I got the Enterprise Manager, it shows bi_server1 as running state, but the status show RED DOWN Arrow and the CLUSTER also shows in RED and the HEALTH is UNKNOW.
When I get into this server, the all the servers with Enterprise Application Type but one shows as down.
Can you please advise how can I get this fixed?
Thank you,
Ilyas

Which services has the RED DOWN ARROW?
Do you mean BI Servers and BI Cluster Constrollers Processes?
If yes, restart these processes, select the process and clic on "Restart Selected"
After this, check in the bi_server1.log, you could get this log file in this directory "../user_projects/domains/bi/servers/bi_server1/log/bi_server1.log" or open a terminal and do this command find / -name "bi_server1.log"
After the restart, Copy and past the the log to analyze .

Hi Cesar,
Thank you for your response. I was able to resolve this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the OBIEE server and config setup.

Oh come one this is precisely why you DO NOT create two threads for the same problem! You already have answers in here and now the second thread over in MOSC is pointlessly kept alive with my other response.
OBIEE 12c Getting Unable to Sign In on the Analytics Portal
Don't double post!!

These two are separate issues.
For this one, the analytic page won't load at all. Reinstalling seems to have fixed it.
Now after the re-installation, the analytics page loads up, but give the unable to sign in issue even with the weblogic user account.
My apologies if I have posted the other question on the wrong forum. I'm still new to this oracle community.
Regards,
Ilyas
