How to run all failed BIP jobs at a time or few selected jobs

Hi All,

Some times my BIP jobs got failed that I have to run report and export in scheduled format and then I have moved to FTP area, this is manuall process. But I want run all failed BIP jobs at a time.

In Job Manager tool  it is working fine for Agent's  but how to do for BIP jobs?.

Hi Ramesh,

There are few things that you can automate, firstly Automating data to store in Shared area (FTP) in BI Publisher where users can access it when report is available.

Secondly, you can automate the template/layout for the format.

finally, yes you can automate BIP reports to run @ right time to avoid failure with "Invoke a web service".

But I need more clarification or if u share any doc also it will helpful.

Where I will get that "Invoke a web service" option in BIP jobs. actually it available in while creating new data model we can select web service.

Please provide some clarity on this.
