Content Description: AI-enabled AP Aging Analysis helps accounts payable and treasury teams see what the organization owes suppliers and what is overdue, through natural language interactions that make analytics more intuitive and accessible.
Users can ask questions conversationally and instantly see total outstanding and overdue payables, how balances are spread across aging buckets, which suppliers carry the most exposure, what is due in the next 30 days, and how balances have moved over recent periods. Supplier and installment risk deciles highlight where late payment is most likely. This workbook enables analysis by Supplier, Supplier Type, Business Unit, Legal Entity, Ledger, Aging Bucket, Payment Terms, Payment Method and Time. This analysis uses Ledger Currency.

Best Practices:
● Balances are point-in-time for each fiscal period. When no period is named, the AI Agent uses the current period and does not sum balances across periods — this is expected behavior.
● All amounts are in ledger currency. The Ledger Name dashboard filter is passed to the AI Agent, so select the ledger first to scope agent responses.
● Aging buckets are calculated on a schedule date basis. Keep a single Aging Period Name (for example, Monthly Aging Periods) selected to avoid double counting across aging definitions.
● The AI Agent answers from payables aging data only and declines questions on payments made, discounts taken, invoice holds or Days Payables Outstanding — this is expected behavior.
