This post shares Fusion ERP Analytics sample content as part of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), a family of prebuilt, cloud-native analytics applications for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. These sample artifacts are intended to demonstrate potential use cases, accelerate implementation efforts, and provide examples of how customers can extend and customize FDI content to meet their business needs. Content Description: AI-enabled Promise-to-Pay Performance tracks what customers committed to pay and what happened next, through natural language interactions that make analytics more intuitive and accessible.
Users can ask questions conversationally and instantly uncover how much was promised, how many promises the team chased, how much broke, and how much remains collectable. Average days to fulfillment shows whether a promise on an account is a genuine payment plan or a delaying tactic, and the Promise Register provides the installment-level records behind every measure. This workbook enables analysis by Customer, Collector, Promise Status, Promise State, Payment Method, Business Unit and Time. This analysis uses Analytics Currency.
Content Type: AI Data Agent + Workbook
Application: ERP
Fusion Module: Advanced Collections
Target Persona: Collections Manager, Collections Specialist, Credit Manager, Accounts Receivable Manager
Subject Areas: Financials – Collections Delinquencies
Business Use Case/Questions:
- Which customers have broken their payment promises, and for how much?
- What is the total promise amount committed for <Business Unit>?
- Show the promise amount committed by collector
- How many promises has each collector chased?
- Show broken promise amount by payment method
- Which customers still have collectable promise amounts outstanding?
- What is the average number of days to fulfillment by collector?
- Show the promise amount remaining by customer
- List promises by status for <Business Unit>
- Show the customer balance at the time the promise was made, by customer
- Which customers have the highest broken promise amounts?
- Show promise counts by status and collector
Best Practices:
● Promise Amount Committed is reset by Oracle once a promise is fulfilled, so a kept rate or fulfilment rate derived from committed and broken amounts is not reliable. This workbook reports Promises Chased and Broken Promise Amount instead.
● Broken Promise Amount can exceed Promise Amount Committed for the same reason — this is a characteristic of the source data, not a defect in the workbook.
● There is no promise history by period, so period-over-period questions are declined by the AI Agent.
● Dashboard filters are passed to the AI Agent, so scope the canvas before asking collector-level questions.
