Content Description: AI-enabled Dispute Operations & Resolution separates collection risk from process issues, through natural language interactions that make analytics more intuitive and accessible.
Users can ask questions conversationally and instantly uncover what is in dispute, how long resolution takes, why disputes settle the way they do, and who owns each case. A disputed invoice is not a payment problem, so isolating it keeps the rest of the portfolio a clean picture of what is collectable. This workbook enables analysis by Customer, Collector, Dispute Status, Adjustment Reason, Transaction, Business Unit and Time. This analysis uses Analytics Currency.

Best Practices:
● Dispute Raise Amount and Dispute Resolution Amount count different populations, so a resolution rate derived from the two is not meaningful. This workbook reports raised and resolved values separately.
● Settlement amounts by adjustment reason display as negative because a credit reduces the receivable. This is correct behaviour, not a sign error.
● Disputes carry both raised and resolved dates, so unlike the delinquency balance these measures do support period-over-period comparison.
● Sort period-based visuals chronologically using the trailing period number, as fiscal period labels sort alphabetically by default.
