Understanding nqcmd command

Hi,

When nqcmd command is run to check the performance of OBIEE,  an output file is generated giving the following details,
1. TimeStamp
2. Sqls/Sec
3. Avg RT
4. CumulativePrepareTime
5. CumulativeExecuteTime
6. CumulativeFetchTime
7. TotalFailedQueries

How are CumulativePrepareTime, CumulativeExecuteTime and CumulativeFetchTime calculated?  Or what is the exact description of these field?
