How to make a Text in RTF a hyperlink and pass a dynamic URL link from .xml

Hi,

I need to create hyperlink in rtf which has a dynamic URL link generated from .xml file. In my RTF, I will place a text called, click here to view the output (its a pdf) and when you click the link, it generates a URL from the dynamic sql written in data template file.

Sample on page 3 in the rtf attached.

Please advise how can we achieve this.
