How to relink in OBIEE 12c

Hi all,
As we need to manage multiple servers and want to be able to deploy in a consistent way we try to deploy OBIEE 12c via RPM. During the rpmbuild OBIEE is deployed to /home/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/opt/oracle/middleware. The RPM itself will deploy OBIEE to /opt/oracle/middleware.
In OBIEE 11c there was a relink option (runInstaller –relink) to relink all libraries, unfortunately runInstaller is not included in OBIEE 12c anymore. Do you know how we could relink files? Or how to build an RPM for OBIEE?
