Data Label formatting

I am creating some turnover graphs which show two lines and a bar graph on the same chart. I would like to show data labels on the line graphs or just the bar graphs but not all three. Is there a way to select which lines/bars you want to show data labels for?

The first graph has no data labels on it. The second one has all the data labels on it. Also, is there a way to select where to place the data labels? (Example: above, below, to the right etc.) Thanks!
