Mobile App designer not opening

Hi,

We have configured OBIEE Mobile App following the instruction document. OBIEE version is  11.1.1.7.150120 and we are accessing OBIEE from Oracle EBS using SSO.

Now we can see the icon when we log in as admin user.

However, it shows below error when we click on Mobile App

Any thoughts on possible reasons?

Hi,

Did you try to open in OBIEE?

Just for testing purpose, try to open in environment where SSO is not enabled.
