OBIEE 12C clustering

hi experts ,

I want to do clustering RHL7 for OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0

So now I have few questions

1) do we need to create virtual ip

2 ) is the failover possible in OBIEE12c

3) so if we configure domain in one server and in the other server we just install weblogic server and obiee then is it going to be failover or horizontal clustering

4) and then if it is failover do we need virtual ip for it

5) if it is the horizontal clustering then how if the first server crashes and we bring the admin server up manually then will it be using the same url of the first server or it will be changed
