OBIEE Collabration feasibilty

1. Should allow all users to engage in conversation,act on data and share knowledge?

2. Annotation - Should allow to add comments and needs to reports?

3. Conversation - Should allow users and colleagues to easily engage in conversation about key metrics. And should allow reports and associated comments to attain better insight into whats driving organisations projects and programs performance?

4. Discuss Big Issues - Should allow to analyse data with co-workers, embed reports , create polls and exchange ideas in negotiated discussions?

Please let me know the feasibility of above points in OBIEE 11g? If yes-  could you please guide me with implementation steps.

Did you try searching? This topic as been covered here at least 10 times and on Google at least 100 times.

Out of the box not a single one of these things is possible. There are external tools which integrate into OBIEE to provide collaboration.
