DEV Environment is not creating the VM properly (No SSH access)

Hello,

In our DEV environment (OBIEE v11.7) we needed to restart the machine and after that SSH access is down. The steps we followed to restart were:

1. Restart Exalytics.

2. Create VM image using this command: “xm create /OVS/Repositories/0004fb0000030000260b4a1b7d6e7d40/VirtualMachines/0004fb0000060000ce701a6445886a11/vm.cfg"

3. After do this, the machine was returning pings but we could not access by SSH. (Putty, winscp, etc.)

4. We repeated this 3 steps and after that the machine was not returning pings also.

Any idea about this issue?
