OBIEE 11g Agents - Sending email to non OBIEE users dynamically

Dear Experts,

We have an analysis with the following columns:

Project Number, Project Name, Project Manager Name, Project Manager email address, Project Expiry date

Lets say we have 100 projects in the system so this analysis will return 100 rows (projects) with respective project managers.

We want to automate an alert mechanism as whenever the project expiry date is in the next one month from today, we want to alert the project manager to take a certain action. In our case, all the project managers are not BI users. However we want to BI to send the email to the respective project managers when the above condition is true.

Try this:

Create/Edit Agent, Delivers tab-> Select Recipients-->Emails and then + sign for adding email

You can use a triggered and bursted BI Publisher report to do this ... if you want each PM to get their own project details (provided you have the connection in the data that supports it too).
