OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0 - Catalog Mgr - An internal error occurred during: "Captions Export".

Hi,
When I try to do a Tools -> Export Captions from the Catalog Manager client for OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0 I get the following issue:-
An internal error occurred during: "Captions Export".
java.lang.NullPointerException
I've tried with both the windows client and via Unix client. Anyone come across this issue and resolved it?

Opening the catalog offline or online?

Just make sure that when you patch the server you use the catalog manager of the server. If you want to use the catalog manager of a client machine you'll need to transfer some files from the patched server to the client.
