Security groups collapsed

Dear All,
We are using OBIEE 11.7. .we are facing a new kind of technical issue where as our security groups got collapsed. In one case, all users are able to see all dashboards and reports regardless of their access. On the other hand, users are not even able to access the home page though they are able to login in to the analytics page. Please let me know what could be the issue and how to resolve this.
