Oracle OBI 12c - Installation Error

I am installing the Oracle BI 12c (12.2.1.2.0) on Windows Server 2012 R2 and I get the error that you can see in the image.
I have no idea what it is. Do you have any idea?

I review the oracle services in the machine and delete manually some services that were running incorrectly then re run the installer again and it worked.
