We currently have a license for the  WLS Management Pack – currently  implemented in  Oracle Enterprise Management (OEM) . Is it possible to use configuration management, to compare the  configuration of weblogic domains? Is it correct  that the configuration management allows to  compare configuration against other targerts and It enables administrator to capture any change in configuration  the configuration and the history of changes done?.

Can this be used for OBIEE 12c?
