OBIEE Pivot Table scroll bar positioning

In OBIEE 11g (or onwards) is it possible to change the position of the scroll bar in a Pivot Table View?
We have several Pivot Tables where the Freeze Headers with Scrolling Content option.
By default the scroll bar is added at the right hand side of the pivot table (after all the measures).
A user is asking whether it would be possible to place the scroll bar right after the last column (before the measures)?
The reason for this is that they have a very large pivot table (where they want all the available information to be kept), but the scroll bar is the far right and when they scroll they lose focus of which row they were initially looking at.
Any idea or suggestion is welcome
Thank you,
Vaso

That's the issue ... I don't believe you can move the scroll-bar ... you need to move the culture away from 'spreadsheets on a screen'. The USE of information DRIVES DESIGN - that design they admit doesn't work (they lose focus). Presentation simplification needs to occur - and the noise needs to be removed. Only present what is actionable (all the information available in one pivot is not actionable and they admit it).
