OBIEE upgrade from 10G to 11G

I'm planing to upgrade OBIEE from 10G to 11G but with new fresh installation in another environment  the steps will be as the following by order:

1. Install OBIEE 11G on the new environment.

2. Copy Catalog and RPD from Old 10G environment to 11G environment.

3. run upgrade utility  to upgrade RPD and catalog in new Environment .

My question here how we will transfer Users, Groups and roles from Old environment 10G to New 11G environment after the upgrade process in this case ?!

    1 Planning to Upgrade from Oracle BI 10g to BI 11g 

    In Oracle Business Intelligence 10g, you can define users and groups within a repository file using the Oracle BI Administration tool. In Oracle Business Intelligence 11g, you can no longer define users and groups within a repository. The Oracle BI EE Upgrade Assistant migrates users and groups from a 10g repository into the embedded LDAP server in an 11g installation.
