OBIEE Reports with multiple scenario for multiple months

Hello, I have to create OBIEE Report with multiple scenarios for year. Now we are in july, I need to bring actuals till july and rest for forecast on same Report. I tried with variable it doesn't work. I have AND and OR Statements but with that i will have to change every month. Is there a way i can automate this using variable. If yes how do i do it. My source data for OBIEE is from ESSBASE. Thank you for your help.
