OBIEE 12c

We are working in a MUD environment. Each time I have tried to publish the RPD to network I receive the error "Failure to acquire lock." The system then tells me that my user id has the master rpd locked. I have tried to delete the .lck file in the MUD directory but this has still not resolved the issue.

Any ideas?
