OBIEE / IIS web proxy configuration

I'm trying to configure IIS with OBIEE12C which I have mostly working. I have attached the document that I followed but I wanted to see if anyone had any luck with the following configuration. I would like my clients to use https to communicate with the IIS server and the IIS server use http to communicate with the weblogic server. I can get http to work on both sides of the configuration but when I try https it appears it wants to redirect to http. Has anyone done this configuration before? I am using a different cert on the IIS server than the weblogic, can I do two different https tunnels?
Any help would be appreciated.
