unable to communicate with oracle FMW map viewer server. - OBIEE11g

Hi

As per the guidelines http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/obe/fmw/bi/bi1116/obiee_maps/obiee_maps.html ,I have configured the map viewer and everything looks fine.

I am able to create Tile layer under my http://localhost:7001/mapviewer. Once done this when I tried to intergrate with my OBIEE I am getting below error.

I have added the below tags in my instance config file.

<SpatialMaps>

<ColocatedOracleMapViewerContextPath>/mapviewer</ColocatedOracleMapViewerContextPath>

<RemoteOracleMapViewerAbsoluteURL></RemoteOracleMapViewerAbsoluteURL> <LayerDataLayout>

<MaxRecords>600</MaxRecords>

</LayerDataLayout>

</SpatialMaps>

OBIEE Developer version is Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.9.0. When I tried to import map viewer under Administration-Manage map data. I am getting t he below error.

unable to communicate with oracle FMW map viewer server.

Could anyone help to resolve this issue.
